Great people ladies in office were very friendly father had heart attack towed his truck and trailer let us come get trailer to get delivery done even offered to come after hours to let us get it thank you again

Our motorhome was towed 60 miles to Doggett Freightliner in North Little Rock. Brandon arrived on time, and took his time to make sure it was done properly. He did a great job hooking it up and towed the motorhome without any damage. Thank you.

If your car gets impounded, you want j-hook. cause comparatively they are way cheaper.

My diver was courteous and went above and beyond to help me out and he really drove and set my vehicle down well. I appreciated him so much.

We had been waiting for another company for over 3 hours when we called J Hook. They showed up within 15 minutes, loaded up the car and got my brother where he needed to be shortly after that. He said the driver was nice and professional. The woman I spoke to on the phone was honest about arrival times and also professional and nice. Great company and hopefully we won't need a tow in the future but if we do, we know who to call.

The owner is a good guy and willing to be helpful even when he has a reason not to.

We had gotten into a real tough situation with a car dolly while traveling cross country. We tried calling our insurance company’s roadside assistance which was totally useless. Fortunately the police called JHook who sent Jose. Between the police and Jose they figured out how to extract the dolly. Jose even helped get the car back on the dolly correctly even though the car battery was dead. He was a Godsend!
