I was towing a U-Haul trailer when one of the tires blew out. Working through U-Haul for roadside assistance, they coordinated with JHook to change the tire. JHook was in contact with me within 5 minutes of me talking with U-Haul with an estimate of 30 minutes for service. They arrived in less that 20 with not only one tire to replace the one that had failed but a second in the event any of the other tires were damaged. JT was one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with. He replaced the tire, and walked me around all of the other tires to inspect them to insure there was no other damage. He was exceptionally kind and supportive, and had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Overall, JHook was able to get me back on the road in well less than an hour. When the tire blew, I was concerned that it would cause significant challenges as I felt I was in a very remote location. I could not have been more wrong. JHook, and JT in particular, were fabulous and I cannot thank-them enough. 5-stars is not enough to thank them for their help.

I had a brake malfunction and called J Hook to get the car towed. Jose managed to get the brake to release, then offered to go ahead and tow it or let me try diving it to the shop. He waited 10 minutes for me to drive around the neighborhood and make sure it seemed safe to drive before leaving. He was super friendly and helpful, and didn't even charge me in the end. I will definitely be using this business again if the need arises.

We were stuck in the side of the interstate in our work truck, and JT either jhooks is the ONLY tow that stopped within 5 hours of waiting. He said he could help but we thought we had someone on the way so we declined. When our company finally got back to us we found out it would be 2 more hours of waiting. We called the car that JT gave us and David pulled up in about 20 minutes. He let us ride in the truck with him, gave good convo and drove us an hour back to Knoxville. Great work from both these guys!

I just want to thank you guys for what you do during this and all winter weather. Most will not even think about a tow truck until one is needed but the work you do and the hours in which you do them is amazing. I have not needed one but I have seen many who have and you guys were at a lot of them. Had a friend George Curtis who was family and did this work so I know how bad it can be but you always come. Thank you. Feel like you don’t get the thanks and appreciation you deserve but I really appreciate the effort you put forth to help people and just want to say thanks.

I have a project car that is not drivable. Needed to get it moved from my house to a local car shop to begin rebuilding efforts. Not only did Chris deliver prompt, professional and courteous service, he took special care to load this 60 year old car very carefully. Rather that just hooking it to a winch, he even helped me push it out of my garage AND get it pushed into the shop when we arrived. He didn't just load/unload the car, he was an active participant in getting my project started. Fantastic help much appreciated from JHook and Chris! Highly recommended for regular or specialty car hauling. Thank you!

This was the best experiences in truck towing. Mike the driver out of North Little Rock was great and professional knew what he was doing took no time in hooking up chaining down they have yards has well and if you're in need of a tow in North little Rock ask for MIKE 00

We had a truck pulling a trailor with equipment on it . and the trailor flipped over and machines were all flipped on tbeir sides. And Jhooktowing and his crew went above and Beyond to help . It took hours and they did such a great job i would recommended this company to each and everyone out there that needs help. The next day we went back so they can load a piece of our machine on our trailer . Brandon and Ben were so nice and polite they did an amazing job . Thank you again from the owners of J&S paving and crew .

Great customer service! The driver was courteous and very helpful all while in the pouring rain. I would recommend their services and call them again.

Alternator went out in my SUV in the worst possible place and had to just leave it parked right on the McCain exit ramp. My son called JHook and Jose braved the crazy traffic to get the truck on the rollback safely! He had it to me and off his truck in less than an hour. Absolutely Awesome! 💯 caring, kind and professional in the 'feels like' 107' heat! Will call them again if needed and definitely recommend them. 👌

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I think the guys name was Clint or Clay🤦🏻‍♀️. He was so GREAT. He came in his car. To be able to respond quicker. Said ETA would be an hour. He was there less than 20mins. Had me back in the car less than one min. He was so nice, Wonderful Customer service. Quick & efficient. I was on a trip from Virginia to Texas. We stopped at the Buc-ees. Went to get in the car, the key wouldn't unlock the door. The windows were cracked for my puppy. It was just starting to get dark. I remembered I had road side on my insurance. (Here's a tip to save time. If it ask u is there child or animal in the car. If there's not any immediate danger or risk. Say no. Cuz saying yes send u to 911. I'm still waiting for 911 to call me back) 911 said that mostly likely cuz it had cold off. A Officer wouldn't respond. I went back and answered no.

Sucks getting your truck towed, sucks when your truck gets stolen, really sucks having to pay to get your stolen property back. They did their job and they did it relatively well. The situation still sucked though.

Willie rescued my family of six after hours and was very friendly. He came very quickly and gave up his dinner to help us. Five stars!
